Daughters of the Buddha Study and Practice Bursary
We are delighted to announce our third annual Daughters of the Buddha Study and Practice Bursary!
Application deadline for 2025 is December 15, 2024.
Our annual bursary of up to $500 for 2025 will be awarded to Buddhist nuns or laywomen who are pursuing Buddhist studies or deepening of their practice. Suitable requests include support for university graduate and honours undergraduate courses, retreats and Sakyadhita International Conferences. The successful candidate(s) will have a strong connection to Canada.
Who can apply? Our bursary is open to residents of Canada, landed immigrants and those with an international study permit for a Canadian institution.
To apply: Complete the 2025 application and submit it to info@sakyadhitacanada.org by December 15, 2024.
